Philanthro Races for the Cure!

Hollywood, CA – LOS ANGELES (March 16, 2008) – At Philanthro Production's benefit party on February 8th for Susan G. Komen For the Cure, pink-clad patrons were encouraged to sign up for Komen's Race for the Cure on laptop computers. 92 people signed up for Philanthro's race team and raised an additional $10,500 for Komen. Philanthro also donated nearly $30,000 in in-kind services and achieved Silver Sponsorship status for the race, on par with donations from large for-profit corporations.

At 8 a.m. on March 15, team members gathered to participate in the race/walk to show their support. The partnership proved to be a meaningful example how Philanthro fosters the continued involvement of young professionals with outstanding charities.
